![]() ![]() No foxing to inside covers and not onto pages.Thanks for looking, inquiries welcomed. The covers are stiff, slick, but show foxing on outer front and back outside edge. The book measures 9 X 5 15/16, 27 pages-on good paper stock, which is clean and with clear printing very easy to read, no tears that I see, contents and covers are intact. This booklet is written in simple, sincerity, touched by a quaint and whimsical humor which only Pyle possessed. In 1951 this was reproduced into this booklet which appears by C.C.Callaway, Gatlinburg, Tenn., all right reserved, printed by Marion Mangrum. In 1941 Ernie Pyle wrote eleven (11) columns for the newspaper Scripps-Howard about the village of Gatlinburg, Tennessee and The Smoky Mountains.inted by Marion Mangrum, Gatlinburg -Sevierville.
